Tours, Booking & Refunds
Tours operate rain or shine; the tram is covered. Advance booking is required and there are no walk-ups. Refunds are issued only if a tour is cancelled by us due to extreme weather. Missed tours are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable. Booking is handled by our external ticketing provider, which may apply its own terms.
